Chaperone/Parent Volunteer Information
To be a chaperone or volunteer at school events, everyone must complete the volunteer consent form and a background check. You cannot be a chaperone or volunteer at the school or on field trips without being cleared. You will find the forms with instructions on how to complete the process attached. Remember that this process may take 3–5 days, so it should be completed at least 2 weeks before the field trip or school event.
